TSG has been entrusted with dozens of improvements to the luxury shopping destination on Chicago’s Magnificent Mile. The 900 North Michigan Shops include more than 70 retailers on six levels within a prominent mixed-use property. TSG has designed structure for interior renovations, modified uses and façade improvements. TSG’s work even included an award-winning transformation for Equinox Fitness Club.
