This new 2-story medical office building was designed such that the first floor would be developed along with the building envelope, and the second floor would remain open and unfinished with provisions for a future elevator and stairway. In the future it could be built out. This was one of several new offices or renovation/conversions by TSG for Northshore University Healthsystems.
