TSG was retained to evaluate cracks found in the masonry facade of a clock tower which rose above the main roof of the historic Ozaukee County Courthouse, completed in 1902. TSG developed an understanding of the causes of the cracks, the structural implications and prepared recommendations for the repairs. TSG provided review and guidance for the preparation of contract documents and guidelines for the repair work.
