Sometimes it’s when you uncover a surprise that you most appreciate TSG on your team. In renovating this 5-story timber loft structure as part of a repositioning, TSG uncovered serious damage to existing columns which had resulted in the dropping of several interior bays. The condition had gone undetected by previous design teams. TSG developed a cost-effective replacement of portions of the damaged column that would resist further deterioration allowing for the successful sale of the building. TSG has since collaborated with the new owners on several further upgrades and tenant build-outs.
