Creation of this Greco-Roman style bathhouse in this 19th century former factory building highlights the structure. But the interior work also required sculpting of the structure, including adding and removing floor framing, installing new stairs, and wedging new pools between existing foundations at the lowest level of this 8-story heavy timber framed building. Winner of the 2020 SEAOI Lavicka Award for Small Firm/Small Project.
