The central symbolic reconfiguration of this former church into a mosque required the addition of a dome. TSG accomplished this with a rolled structural steel frame on steel columns and braced frames inserted into the existing gable roof. TSG then worked with the contractor so that the dome could be lifted into place in a dramatic metamorphosis.
