Had we not succeeded, the whole city would have known. This project converted a lower level theater space and parking garage into a 30,000 square foot exclusive health club at the base of a premier retail/hotel/office building. Reconstruction of sloping theater floors, insertion of a below grade pool, and modifications that maintained the 66-story building’s integrity. No front page headlines, but we did receive a Best Structure Award from the Structural Engineers Association of Illinois!
