TSG became involved in the project when a piece of terra cotta fell to the sidewalk and initiated a full façade repair project and rebuild of the third story cornice. Services for this project, located in an historic landmarked district and constructed in the early 1900’s, included an emergency façade investigation, temporary stabilization for the cornice and in-place reinforcing of the girder supporting six-stories of façade. Notably, TSG had to detail repairs to allow most of the construction to occur from the exterior to avoid disturbance to tenants.
