A challenging floor plan was dictated by the program of this 10-story co-living apartment building. The typical unit with 4 bedrooms and a living room, all requiring exterior windows, dictated a jagged perimeter, not necessarily efficient for a structure. But TSG’s column placement turned a challenging layout into a success.
