An award winning chef wants to set up shop in the Pilsen neighborhood for his first venture, for a new globally-inspired restaurant. He brings in TSG for this challenging renovation. The existing two-story building was cut, carved, braced, and expressed, creating an iconic, raw, open room restaurant. Winner of the 2018 SEAOI Lavicka Award for Small Firm/Small Project up to $2 million.
