Sometimes the existing structure gets in the way of a renovation program. No problem, we can move it. That’s why Skokie Country Club returns to TSG for multiple renovations of their historic clubhouse. For one of these renovations TSG moved columns out of the way of a dining room expansion using permanent transfer girders to act as temporary shoring for the multi story columns, saving construction cost and time.
