A garden for the premier Residences at 900 North Michigan was a forgone conclusion in early planning on a roof originally designated to have a running track. But the roof was found to have been originally designed only for snow loads. Reinforcing proved to be cost prohibitive. TSG found a way not only to support the new landscaping, but even accommodate a 3000 square foot roof deck with shade pergolas! Ask us how!
